Foundryのラインと被ってないけど、どうするんだろうな。
EW YORK, July 21 (Reuters) - Brocade Communications Systems Inc (BRCD.O: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) said on Monday it plans to buy data equipment maker Foundry Networks (FDRY.O: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) for around $3 billion to expand its customer reach and distribution channels.
Brocade, which makes data-storage network switches, said it would pay a combination of $18.50 of cash plus 0.0907 shares of Brocade stock in exchange for each share of Foundry stock in a deal expected to close in the fourth quarter of calendar 2008.
